Certified Translation for Non-Business Customers

Sure Languages provides translation of all types of official documents, including marriage and divorce documentation, birth certificates, residency and Visa papers, and education certificates.

Certification
For a translation to be used for official purposes, the requesting organisation may ask for a certified or official translation. In order to meet this requirement, we provide a written statement on company headed paper, which confirms that the translation is accurate and professional. This is then bound in a wallet along with copies of the translation and original documents.

How much does it cost?
£100, £150 or £199, depending on how much there is to translate. In most cases the lowest amount is applied. This includes two certified copies, one of which you can use in future if required. The price will be confirmed once we have reviewed your documents.

How to order
Firstly, send scanned copies of your documents to team@sure-languages.com (you do not need to send the originals). We will then confirm the price so that payment can be made. University of Exeter students should visit the INTO office, as special arrangements for UoE students are in place.

Important information
Before asking us to translate your documents, you must check that what we provide is acceptable certification for the organisation requiring it. Some organisations have alternative requirements, such as notarised or sworn translations, which we do not provide.
